What do Moles on your Face mean?

Came across this today, cannot resist the humor involved in this blog site that discuss about pigments on your face that relates to your future.

If I understand it correctly, it means that you are currently experiencing certain situations and therefore caused your body to product pigments on certain areas of your face/body. So if you STOP experiencing those situations, these pigments may gradually be reduced?

Or because you removed these pigments from your face/body, therefore the experiences will go away?

Sounds pretty ironical. But I did have a good laugh anyway! hee
