messed up schedule

today's schedule is totally messed up by some msn communication with a commerical firm that is conducting some work on our behalf.

issues that were trashed out:

1 billing issue - bill was for 350USD but they sent me 450USD!! too much difference sure DIE

3 invoicing issue - billed for two sets of work but only showed the order number for one, am I to guess which is the other one?

7 sets of work require some serious evaluation for the poor quality, which they can only re-examine ONE set of it. :(

more time was spent on trying to determine which aspects of the one set of work to be focused at. That took alot of time to check, re-check and they made one offer and changed their offer and I had to check, re-check and suggest for an amendment to their offer and then have to check, re-check.

eyes are tired. mind is tired.

how to complete today's to-do list?? now now i wonder....
