I cannot get it!

There's this sales person who is going to deliver active cells to my lab and she's going to take a detour of 1hr++ instead of coming here direct!!

She's got the cheek to say that they've been doing things like this all along!

Aiyo! if there's any problems with her cells, i've to return all of them and wait for a new batch! That's terrible!

Don't they know that these live cells are very weak cells that should be handled with the upmost CARE?

I hope their company train their staff on product knowledge for other consumers!

*fingers crossed* on my cells!

The other aspect of this situation is the conversation with this sales person, she has the tendency to go "erhm, yah yah." Even though the conversation does not require that!

Its very insincere when someone answers your yes or no questions that way, 5 in a row!
