Disappointed with Krisflyer Membership Services
Yes, they've been really slow in replying to ME. So slow that even my mileage points were expired BEFORE they were credited into the system.
How did that happen?
I took a flight to SFO 3yrs ago with Ad, they only credit my flight there, but not the return trip, I've patiently requested for them to look into it, I have not heard from them since that trip. Now these points are expired!
Well, if I had those points credited to my account, I would have been able to use them right? If I dun, how to use them?
Better still, they also "miss" out my recent SIN-SFO return trip points again! Is it my name or the membership number? They simply do not like me?
How come both of Ad's trips are credited without a hitch and BOTH my long haul flights were missing? If its a short trip, I wont even waste time and be bothered with them. But each leg is worth 8440points! That's quite alot leh! One return trip from SFO can earn enough points to do a short trip to Bali or somewhere nearby. Are they trying to desuade me from going to Bali??
I am just overly disappointed with Singapore's leading airline's Krisflyer membership services, maybe there's a reason why they are named so differently.... So that people with bad Krisflyer experiences will NOT associate the Singapore Airlines with it.
I just cannot imagine how these "cock-up" can occur in today's day and age of technology. Please do not make a joke out of how IT savvy Singapore is!
Better still, I had to try to re-set my pin 3 times before it actually got reset! The online system is so unreliable, it hanged for the first time while I waited over 2hrs for the little screen that says "Please wait while we process your request". Then I got fedup, I sent in an online request to be emailed to me. I waited 2days and it still did not happen. I dunno which server they are using, to have such slow replies... do their server reside in Timbaktu? Even then, I'm sure the internet pipings should be faster than that! 3rd and final time, I requested for it again and it went through! Imagine having to do everything 3times with them?? Very tiring leh!
If they want to give points, give generously lah, dun give some dun give some. Provide half-F**k online services, might as well dun provide.
