Xmen 3 review

just caught the movie with labmates & gang.... the movie was too short to our liking, did not have enough time to develop the characters and plot was thin. Special effects were plenty but all seems to happen too quickly. I guess viewers like us, prefer to know the characters abit more, understand their powers before watching them in action.

here's some conclusions we have...

the most useless power: the porcupine boy
to kill someone, he had to hug them to be close to them and hence release his spines to poke his enemies to death. how often can you do that???

the saddest scene: when professor splatter into a million pieces
cannot believe that they allow a legend like the professor to be died.... how can?? *sob* *sob*

the most unbelievable scene: when pheonix died
she's suppose to be the MOST powerful, like everyone else's power combined. so how can she die in woverine's hands so ridiculously easy??

the cutest actor: the flying boy
he looked quite normal as a young kid, but woah, when he's fully developed wings and all, he certainly looked quite dashing

the most sayang mutant: mystique
so sad that she got converted, she was alot more attractive when she was painted in blue... heh... at least we all know that she was very naked during the whole show....

the missing mutant: teleporter
i was looking for him throughout the whole show! where did he go? he added an interesting twist to the previous movie... wished he was around to show the kids "stuff"

the least useful mutant: rogue
ooi, what did she do in this movie other then being jealous, trying to get close to her bf, wished she went to suck the power off pheonix and get her to be jean again hee

the most sia-sway mutant: storm
she got whacked by the mutant that can zip around in their first fight! aiyo, she's a teacher in school teaching the junior mutants how to defend themselves and she herself got whacked??? sad lah!

the most disgusting mutant: the horn guy
still cannot figure out how can he grow horns like instantly from his wrist.... kinda gross dun you think?

so who's seen the movie? who's ur favourite mutant?

Jean Grey or Phoenix has a very complex storyline in X-men comics
