DHL

we received a DHL package in the lab.... and to my greatest surprised, it had to come like this....



tubes were wrapped like cabbage with parafilm and stuck 6 in a "pack" with these bright orange "Fragile" stickers...

we had a hard time trying to tear these tubes away from the stickers and "unwrap" them from the parafilm tape, worse still, the contents are not kept chilled and hence did not even work in our lab... what a waste of efforts.
