Yahoo Dr. Morbid is coming BaCk!

Its great to hear from Dr. Morbid almost daily about their work in Galle. First msg from him sounded extremely gloomy. Told us that the state of destruction was far worse than reported or seen on television.

When the tsunami news first hit the papers, I refused to read or look at them because its already widely covered on the television sets, every channel seems to be giving some figures on the magnitude of its destruction. However, when Dr. Morbid volunteered for his mission. I grew hungry for news on Galle area, I wanted to find out more about that place and its people there.

One of Dr. Morbid's comments was, most of the people in the area had no shoes to wear. Looking at my Vincci collection, I felt so guilty... here I am with a few dozen of pretty shoes, there they were barefooted. What would have been the best shoe for them?

Nonetheless, its great to know that Dr. Morbid and his team of fellow medical folks has tended to over 2800 injured and sick while they were there for about 10days.
