Shadow Does it Again

did anyone ever set up a system for leaving a job?

My shadow in the office out of the blue declared that it was her last day. It was the 31st of Dec, her last day of LEAVE also.

*stunned*

Why did she leave so suddenly? Could have been abused by someone in the office? Unlikely, cos she's not the type that will attract attention *trust me*

Could it be that she's got a better offer that she cannot refuse and had to go immediately? Not really, seems like no one in the industry is employing her...

So what could it REALLY be?

As the day goes by without her.... there are more issues that arises surrounding her, eg. undeclared purchases.

Many moons back, she offered to purchase a product on my behalf stating that she's got "excess" $$ somewhere... so fine, I gave her my orders and they came through, 4months later, the company is still waiting to be paid by HER. Interestingly, she's LEFT, then who is left to pay?? ME!!

Today, a lady from the accounts dept of ANother company called to ask for outstanding payment of up to $1000! Who will get to foot the bill?? I hope its not me....

What I realy wanna say is... whenever someone leaves the job suddenly, it cant be a good thing. For the employer, expect LOTS of follow-up to do; for the co-workers, expect LOTS MORE follow-ups to do. In the end, this Shadow of mine is left with a stinky name that NO one would really want to associate with HER.

anyone interested to SEE what she looks like? HEH..... she's got a blog too... unfortunately it wont be named Shadow... ha ha ha...

Hope all of u out there wont ever encounter such unpleasent character.
